How to add custom fields during order creation

This article explains how to add a custom field to the order creation page.


Introduction:

Dropboy allows you to add new fields to include additional information in your order. Follow the steps below to learn how to add a custom field.

Steps

Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Orders tab.

If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application



Click on the Plus button.



Order Creation form will open. Scroll down to find the 'Add your own custom data' section.



Enter the field name.



Choose your field type.



Click on the Add field Button.

Your new field will be added to the order creation page.
