How to clone 'Unassigned Orders' lists

This guide offers a quick overview of how to clone 'Unassigned Orders' lists under dispatching tab.


Introduction:


Dropboy provide feature to clone 'Unassigned Orders' lists directly in dispactching tab. You can duplicate single order or multiple orders in one time. it useful when you want to make same information order. It saves your time.


Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.


If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the Unassigned Orders list dropdown.



  1. For example, you choose the 'Unassigned' order list.



  1. The 'Unassigned' orders list will be opened.



  1. Select checkboxes for desired order.


You can choose one or more orders for duplication.



  1. Click on the three dots at the top right.



  1. Choose 'Clone order(s)' from the options.



  1. **Confirmation **popup is shown.



  1. (Optional) Check 'Send to routing rules' if applicable.

  1. Click on CONFIRM button.



In 'Unassigned' list, observe that duplicate order has been created.
