How to configure webhook for orders status

Introduction:

Dropboy provides a feature to send order statuses, such as proof of pickup and delivery, Drive now, order failed, and order pickup/delivered, to email and phone numbers. However, you need to set up these types of statuses in the order details and webhook settings. This article is solely intended to describe how to configure webhook for order status.

How to configure status settings for an order under the dispatching tab

Steps:



Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Developer Tools tab and click on it.



Navigate to the webhook section and click on the edit button.



The webhook settings window will open.



Scroll down to locate the Send task list status setting section.



Add the Key and Value.



Click on the Add button.



Then, enable the Click to enable toggle button.
