Dropboy provides a feature to send task status for all vehicles orders with a single click, such as proof of pickup and delivery, Drive now, order failed, and order pickup/delivered, to email and phone numbers. However, you need to set up these types of statuses in the order details and webhook settings. This article is solely intended to describe how to send statuses with a single click.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.



Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



Click on the three dots icon.



The options will be visible.



Click on the 'Send task list status' option.



A confirmation popup will appear with the entire list of vehicles.



Select or deselect vehicles according to your preference.



Click on the confirm button.



Remember: The status will be sent to the phone number or email address based on your settings. If you haven't configured any settings, the status will not be sent.
