How to send 'order status' for a particular order for any vehicle

Introduction:

Dropboy provides a feature to send order statuses, such as proof of pickup and delivery, Drive now, order failed, and order pickup/delivered, to email and phone numbers. However, you need to set up these types of statuses in the order details and webhook settings. This article is solely intended to describe how to send statuses.

Steps:



Open the web-portal and log in.



Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



Click on the vehicle (Select the vehicle for which you want to send the order status).



The 'Tasks List' will be opened.



Click on the three dots icon on the trip list.



The options will be visible.



Click on the 'Send task list status' option.



A confirmation popup will appear.



Click on the confirm button.



Remember: The status will be sent to the phone number or email address based on your settings. If you haven't configured any settings, the status will not be sent.
