How to create orders using customized templates

This guide offers a quick overview of how to create orders using customized templates.


Introduction:


Dropboy offers a feature to create orders using custom templates, where form fields are adjusted to your preferences. Follow the steps below to learn more.

Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.


If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application



  1. Click on the Plus button.



  1. Order Creation form will open. Order Creation form has five sections.



  1. Click 'No template selected (*)' dropdown.



  1. Templates list will be displayed.

  1. Select one of the templates,


For example, "My First Order Creation Form Template."


  1. Order creation form fields are displayed based on the selected template.


Scroll down to see the full form; the example screenshot shows only part of it.


  1. Fill out all five section fields.


Refer to the articles below for field purposes in each section and skip the fields not included in your template.
  • Sender and Pickup: How to enter valid data under 'Sender and Pickup'

    1. After filling the form, click Confirm button.
