How to delete customized order creation templates

This guide offers a quick overview of how to delete customized order creation templates.


Introduction:


Dropboy allows deletion of customized order creation form templates. When a template is no longer in use, it can be deleted individually. Follow the steps below to learn how.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.

  1. Click on the Plus button.



  1. Order Creation form will open. Click 'No template selected (*)' dropdown.



  1. Templates list will be displayed.

  1. Select any of template you want to delete.


For example, "My Second Order Creation Template."


  1. Click the Delete button located below 'Set as default'



  1. Selected template deleted. To confirm, click the 'No template selected (*)' dropdown.


In the screenshot example, "My Second Order Creation Template" has been deleted.
