How to edit auto-forwarding option of a routing rule

This guide offers a quick overview of how to edit auto-forwarding option of a routing rule.


Introduction:

Dropboy provides an edit functionality that allows you to change auto-forwarding option of your routing rules.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.



Navigate to the Operation tab, then select the Routing Rules sub-tab.



Click the edit button.

Example:



The Routing Rule form will open.

Scroll down to the bottom of the form, and you'll find the 'Send order to' dropdown option. You can change the option as needed.
