How to edit the load number for an order

Dropboy allows you to edit the load number. If you want to update the automatically generated load number, you can do so. Let's learn how to edit any load number.

Before editing, you should have a load number. You can follow the article below if you haven't read it yet for adding a load number.
What is the load number? how and when do we add it to orders

Steps:



Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



Navigate to any vehicle 'Tasks List'.



Select the checkbox for the order you want to edit.



Click on the three dots icon on the trip list.



The options will be visible.



Click on the 'Edit load number' option.



The 'Edit load number' window will open.



Change the name in the field, e.g., from the existing name to 'Logistic-001'



Click on Confirm button



The load number has been updated
