How to enter data valid data under 'Receiver and Delivery'
This article explains the purpose of the 'Receiver and Delivery' section fields and how to enter valid details.
Prerequisite:
If you haven’t read this article, start here: How to create orders manually
Company name (Enter receiver company name)
Address (Enter delivery address)
You can add coordinates by clicking creating geo coordinates using the latitude and longitude values.
Extra address info (Enter extra address If needed)
Contact person (Enter the receiver name)
Prefix (Enter the country code of the receiver phone number)
Phone number (Enter the receiver phone number remaining digits without the country code)
Email (Enter the receiver email)
Checkbox of Proof of Pickup email on delivery (if its selected, email will be sent to recipient upon delivery with POD, signature, and picture)
Checkbox of Active SMS service (If you enable active sms service activated)
Remember: To activate SMS, a subscription is required. Without it, the feature won’t work. Contact Dropboy to add this service.
* Checkbox of Drive now (If enabled, an SMS will notify the recipient when the driver starts the trip for the hub task)
* Checkbox of Task Status (If enabled, an SMS will notify the recipient about the task status)
Checkbox of Order delivered (if enabled, sms will be sent to the recipient when the driver completes the delivery task)
Checkbox of Order delivered failed (if enabled, sms will be sent to recipient when driver failed the delivery task)
Comment box (Add comment if needed)

Checkbox of Save address info (Select if you want to save address info)
Checkbox of Receiver and delivery location are the same (If you unchecked, please read below information)
If the checkboxes are unchecked, separate fields for receiver and delivery information will appear, requiring you to enter the details manually.
Date Calender (Select the date) and two Time Selectors(Select the time).
Before selecting, note the following:
1) No time and date selected: Driver can pick up at any date and time.
2) First date and time selector: Pickup after the selected date and time.
3) Second date and time selector: Pickup before the selected date and time.
4) Both date and time selectors: Pickup within the specified date and time range.
Click the icon on the right side of the time selector.
This icon shows your saved date and time, and lets you save new selections for future orders.
Time Window must be met
Selecting this checkbox requires the driver to follow the designated time.
