How to enter valid data under 'Cargo items'

This article explains the purpose and how to enter information about the items being shipped.


Prerequisite:If you haven’t read this article, start here: How to create orders manually


Steps:


  1. Items (Enter the number of items you are shipping)


  1. Type (Select the type of item you are shipping)


  1. Description (Add a description of your items )


  1. Total weight (Enter the weight of the item(s) being shipped)


  1. Length (Enter the length of the item)


  1. Width (Enter the width of the item)


  1. Height (Enter the height of the item)


  1. Total volume (Enter the total volume of the item)


  1. Product nr (Enter a unique number to easily search and identify your order in the system)


  1. Barcode (Enter the barcode of the item)


  1. Services (Choose the services that you would like to be provided for the item)


  1. Add Cargo Line button (Click to add more items to the order and fill in the details as with the first item.)
