Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

3. Click on the three dots icon.

4. The options will be visible.

5. Click on the 'Send task list status' option.

6. A confirmation popup will appear with the entire list of vehicles.

7. Select or deselect vehicles according to your preference.

8. Click on the confirm button.
