How to set sequence of routing rules using drag/drop feature

Introduction:


Dropboy provides a feature allows you to specify the sequence or order of your routing rules, helping you organize them according to your preferences.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.


If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application


  1. Navigate to the Operation tab, then select the Routing Rules sub-tab.



  1. Position your cursor over the Drag icon to activate the dragging action.



  1. Click and hold the drag icon to move the routing rule.


The routing rule has been displaced from its original position.



  1. When you move a routing rule to a new position, the other trays will automatically readjust their positions accordingly.



  1. The routing rule position has been successfully changed.
