How to unassign any order or multiple orders

Introduction:

Dropboy provides a feature to unassign any single or multiple orders with a single click. Let's learn how to unassign orders with one click.

Steps:



Open the web-portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Orders tab.

If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application



Select the checkboxes of the orders you have already planned (i.e., those that are already assigned).

You can manually check the status of each order tile. "Planned Delivery" orders are marked in blue, and "Planned Pickup" orders are marked in yellow. By recognizing these colors, you can easily identify planned orders in your order list.


Or apply the status filter to quickly identify planned orders for unassignment.

Click 'Three Dot Menu Icon'.



The menu options list will be Shown.



Click 'Unassign' to unassign all selected orders.
