How to view cargo information on routing rule

This guide offers a quick overview of how to view cargo information on routing rule.

Introduction:

After creating a cargo-based (general routing rule), you can view the cargo item information under the routing rule.

Steps:

Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Operation tab, then select the Routing Rules sub-tab.

Navigate to the general section to find the routing rule displaying cargo item information. Rules based on cargo and zip codes are typically in the general section. If you combine them with services or days/time, they will move to the special section or time-bound rules. If created alone, they will remain in the general section.

Click on the arrow icon next to 'Cargo Item.'
