Container Management › Container Details


Container Details provides a granular, transaction-level view of activity for individual containers. Use this view to trace the full history of a specific container — where it has been, who used it, and when.


How to Access


  1. Click Container Management in the left sidebar to expand the sub-menu.
  2. Select Container Details.



Using the Container Detail view



  • The Summary view is divided in to two areas. One is the search area and the other is the result area.


  • The search area is expanded by default. Select the search criteria and select search to show the report. The search area will collapse and show the selected criteria on the bar.


  • You can expand the search bar using the arrow or you can use the Clear All action button and it will clear the search criteria and expand the search.



The Detail Report




  1. Date - This is the date of the transaction or instruction
  2. Category - It can either be Instruction which means the order that the driver was instructed to pick up or deliver a container whereas Transaction is what the driver actually picked up or delivered
  3. Order Type - This is applicable for Transaction rows and it shows whether the driver had went out for a pickup or a delivery
  4. Company - The company on behalf the delivery or pickup is taking place
  5. Order Reference - This field shows the order ID from the system/platform it is getting the information. In this case, the order reference is the Order ID on Dropboy
  6. Other Reference - This field is meant to serve as a extra field incase extra information needs to be with the row.
  7. Container - The container Category of the instruction or transaction
  8. Type - The sub type of the container
  9. Instruction - This shows the quantity of containers needed to be picked up or delivered
  10. Credit - This shows the quantity of containers driver picked up from the destination
  11. Info - At times the Driver can use a disposition which is only meant for information but is not a transaction
  12. Debit - This shows the quantity of container drivers delivered to the destination
  13. Written off - This shows the quantity of containers written off by the administrator. This is to reconcile containers.
  14. Paid - This shows the quantity of containers marked as paid by the adminitrator. This is to reconcile containers
  15. By - The user/Driver that made the transaction
  16. Code - This is the reason code used by the driver while making the transaction
  17. Description - This is the description of the code that was selected by the driver
  18. Signed by - Shows the name of who signed off on the transaction (usually the customer)
  19. Signature - Shows a link to see the signature of the person signed off on the transaction
  20. Images - Shows the count of images that were taken by the driver


Exporting Container Details


  1. Exporting the Summary


  • Apply your desired filters to narrow the data.
  • Click the Export button. You will need to expand the search area to be able to see it


  • The export job is queued and will appear in the Download List.



Navigate to Download List to retrieve the file once processing is complete and you can download the files in CSV format.


Note: We have chosen CSV to accomodate large datasets with its lightweight, plain-text structure which allows it to scale infinitely and process rapidly without the row limits or memory overhead.
