Download List

The Download List is your central hub for managing all exported report files. When you export data from Storage Report, Container Summary, or other modules, the export jobs appear here. You can monitor their progress, download completed files, and delete old exports.

How to Access

Click Download List in the left sidebar

Export Statuses

Status	Meaning
Queued	The export request has been received and is waiting to start
Processing	The system is actively generating the export file
Completed	The file is ready and available for download
Failed	The export could not be completed due to an error

Downloading a File

Wait until the export status changes to Completed.
Locate the row for the export you want to download.
Click the Download icon in the Actions column.
Some reports have two files: Summary and Transactions — download each separately if needed.
The file saves to your browser's default download location.

Note: We have chosen CSV to accomodate large datasets with its lightweight, plain-text structure which allows it to scale infinitely and process rapidly without the row limits or memory overhead.

Filtering Exports

Click the Search button to open the filter panel.
Set a date range to find exports created within a specific period.
Click Search to apply the filter.

Report Types

Report Type	Description
Storage Report	Transaction-level storage activity exported from Storage Report
Storage Summary	Aggregated storage totals exported from Storage Summary
Container Summary	Container-level overview exported from Container Summary
Container Report	Detailed container transaction history from Container Details
