How to accept or decline contract request

This guide offers a quick overview of how to accept or decline contract request.


Introduction:

Dropboy lets you accept or decline contract requests. Both Order Monitoring and Logistic Companies can initiate contracts. Recipients can accept or decline requests. Accepted contracts enable order forwarding/receiving. Steps are similar for both types of companies. Follow the steps to respond to contract requests.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.



Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Network sub-tab.



The option My private network is selected by default



Click anywhere within the network area.



On the right side, within the contract section, you can choose to 'Accept' or 'Decline' the contract request.
