How to remove connection from network detail screen

This guide offers a quick overview of how to remove connection from network detail screen.


Introduction:

Dropboy provides the option to disconnect from either an Order Monitoring Company or a Logistic Company at any time. When you disconnect from one side, all contracts are automatically declined, and the order forwarding/receiving process stops. These steps apply to both order monitoring and logistic companies. Follow the steps below to remove the connection.

Steps:



Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Network sub-tab.



The option My private network is selected by default.



Click anywhere within the network area.



Click on the 'Remove connection' button.



A confirmation popup will appear. Click on the 'Accept' button. Note: After accepting, you will no longer** receive** or forward orders.
