How to create cargo condtion routing rule
This guide offers a quick overview of how to create cargo condtion routing rule.
Introduction Cargo-based Rules:
Cargo-based rules are one of five rules where your order is automatically forwarded to a selected option (i.e., trays, networks) when your specified conditions. if all conditions met, trigger auto-forwarding to chosen options. Let's understand these conditions and how to create a routing rule using a cargo-based rules.
These fields configure the date & time: 1) 'Max weight (kg)' 2) 'Max volume (m3)' 3) 'Max dimensions (cm)'
Steps:
- Open the routing rule form. Follow article for more details: How to open routing rule form
- Enter any name under 'Name' field. Follow article for more details: How to search routing rules with 'Name' filter
Condition 1) Max weight (kg)
- Enter the maximum weight value in the Max weight (kg) field.
Max weight (kg): means, if the order any of items total weight value less than the specified value in this field, the order will automatically be forwarded to the chosen option.
Condition 2) Max volume (m3)
- Enter the maximum volume value in the Max volume (m3) field.
Max volume (m3): means, if the any order of items total volume value less than the specified value in this field, the order will automatically be forwarded to the chosen option.
Condition 3) Max dimensions (cm)
- Enter the maximum Length, Width and Height value in the Max dimensions (cm) fields.
Length, Width and Height: means, if the any order of items *Length, **Width and Height value less than the specified value in these fields, the order will automatically be forwarded to the chosen option.

- Click on 'CREATE RULE' button.
