How to download orders list sheet for a specific vehicle

Dropboy offers a feature to download an Excel sheet containing the list of specfic vehicle. This enables you to view all assigned orders for the current date by downloading and checking the Excel sheet. Let's learn how to download an order detail list sheet for a specific vehicle.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Navigate to any vehicle 'Tasks List'.



  1. Click on the three dots icon on the trip list.



  1. The options will be visible.



  1. Click on the 'Export loadsheet' option.



  1. The Excel sheet has been downloaded. Upon opening, it will appear like this.
