Introduction:

Dropboy offers a feature to get the geographical coordinates (geo-coordinates) for any vehicle. Dropboy automatically records these coordinates for all vehicles every minute. Geo-coordinates are numeric values that pinpoint specific locations on Google Maps. By entering these coordinates into Google Maps, you can visually track the current position of your vehicle. This feature enables you to monitor the real-time locations of your vehicles effortlessly.

Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

3. Click on the vehicle (For which you want to extract the geo coordinates).

4. The 'Tasks List' will be opened.

5. Click on the three dots icon on the trip list.

6. The options will be visible.

7. Click on the 'Export tracking' option.

8. The 'Report.xlsx' file will be downloaded. open it, find 'coordinatesLat' and 'coordinatesLng', copy, paste in Google Maps for exact location.
