Dropboy offers a feature to obtain an Excel sheet containing the list of all vehicle orders for a month. This enables you to view all assigned orders for the current date by downloading and checking the Excel sheet. Let's learn how to get the Excel sheet for a month via email.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the three dots additional setting.



  1. Click on Export all task lists.



  1. Enter the email address where you want to receive the order list.



Note: If you leave the email field empty, your profile email will be used, assuming you are logged in.


  1. Select the 'by_month' option.



  1. Choose the year and month from the dropdown menu.



  1. Click on CONFIRM button.



Note: It may take some time, depending on the list's length, and then you will receive an Excel sheet via email.
