How to move orders from 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' or any other 'Trays' using drag and drop

This guide offers a quick overview of how to move orders from 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' lists using drag and drop.


Introduction:


Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to move orders from the 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' or any other 'Trays' using a drag-and-drop feature.


Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.


If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the Unassigned Orders list dropdown.



  1. Click on any different 'Trays' lists. Let say i choose 'MANDAY'.



  1. The 'MANDAY Tray' orders list will be opened.


Currently, I have only one order in the 'Failed' list, but in your case, you may have multiple, making the list longer.

  1. Position your cursor over the order detail area.



  1. Click and hold the 'order' to move the 'Unassigned' or any others 'Trays' list. Release your click on that filter.



The order has now been moved from 'Trays' list to 'Unassigned' ;ist using the drag-and-drop feature.
