How to remove the load number from an order

Dropboy allows you to remove the load number. If you want to remove generated load number, you can do so. Let's learn how to remove any load number.


Before remove, you should have a load number. You can follow the article below if you haven't read it yet for adding a load number.What is the load number? how and when do we add it to orders


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Navigate to any vehicle 'Tasks List'.



  1. Select the checkbox for the order you want to edit.



  1. Click on the three dots icon on the trip list.



  1. The options will be visible.



  1. Click on the 'Remove load number' option.



  1. A confirmation popup will shown.



  1. Click on Confirm button.



  1. The load number has been removed.
