Introduction:

Dropboy offers a feature that lets you perform multiple actions on orders simultaneously. This means you don’t need to take action on each order individually. For example, you can select an entire page of orders or specific ones together and perform actions like assigning orders, unassigning, forwarding, duplicating, printing bills, exporting, and more all at once.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.

Navigate to the Orders tab.

For example, you can select the entire first page order list after applying a search filter or the complete list directly.

Observe that all orders on the current page are selected.

You can unselect some orders if needed based on your preference, or manually select one or more orders.

Click 'Three Dot Menu Icon'.

The menu options list will be displayed.

Click on the 'Select All' option.

Perform any action for all selected orders.
