How to send invitations to a company to create a network
This guide offers a quick overview of how to send invitations to a new company to create a network.
Suppose you don't have enough time, workforce, or resources to manage your deliveries. In this situation, you can connect with another company that specializes in managing deliveries. But how will you track the progress of your orders? Will it be through phone calls or some other method after a few days?
Dropboy offers a solution by allowing you to connect with the delivery management company and sign a contract. The benefit of this is that you can easily monitor the status of each order, including its location and the assigned vehicle. This way, you won't have to worry because you can keep track of all the details.
To get started, you need to send an invitation to your company and add them as your partner. In this guide, I will show you how to send the invitation to your company for the connection.
Open the web-portal and log in.
Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Network sub-tab. Click on the + button.
The invitation form is visible. Fill the invitation form with your information. Follow article for more details: How to fill out the invitation form
After sending the invitation, the company needs to accept it. Refer to the article for more details to company: How can the invitees (Logistic Company) accept or decline an invitation
If the invited company accepts the invitation, you can view their detail in the "my private networks" list of the network tab. For more details, refer to the article: How can I view the list of my accpeted requests
If the invited company doesn't accept the invitation, you can view their name in the "Pending requests" list of the network tab For more details, refer to the article: How can I view the list of my pending network requests
