Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to track and trace orders on a single document page.


Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.

  1. Apply filters to view filtered orders or see the complete order list.

  1. After viewing the search results, observe any particular order teil in the order list .



  1. Click the 'Show Details' button on any order (e.g. 'Demo-Hub-1' ).



  1. The detail page opens. Observe 'Order Details' section. Two 'Track & Trace' links appear . click either one.



  1. A new tab 'Dropboy - Transport Summary' opens in the browser.



  1. Following details are available on 'Dropboy - Transport Summary' :



  1. Clicking the 'View Order Details' button displays all cargo items .



  1. Clicking the 'Show Details' button displays all delivered cargo items .
