Improved Navigation action


Navigation has been upgraded to give drivers more flexibility when routing to a destination.


Drivers can now choose whether to navigate using geocoordinates or a physical address. This is especially useful for job sites, yards, construction areas, warehouses, or other locations where a street address alone may not be accurate enough.

  1. Select the navigation icon.


Tap the navigation icon to start


  1. Select whether to navigate to the address or to the coordinates.


Choose Use Address or Use Geocoordinates




Improved Failed Delivery Flow


Drivers are now guided through a clearer failed delivery process when a stop cannot be completed.


Instead of selecting from an unclear list of reasons, the driver can now choose the correct failed delivery reason in a more structured way before completing the stop. This helps ensure that the right reason code is selected, improves driver compliance, and keeps delivery data cleaner across the fleet.

Failed Delivery



  1. Select the order.


Select the order from the task list


  1. Swipe for failed delivery.


Swipe the red bar to mark as unable to deliver


  1. Swipe to finalize the order.


Swipe the blue bar to finalise the order


  1. You will be asked to select a reason.


Select a reason from the list


  1. If you want to change the reason, select the "Change" action button.


Tap Change to update the selected reason


  1. Finalize the order.
