Understanding 'Order Details' on the Order Detail page

This guide offers a quick overview of understanding 'Order Details' on the Order Detail page.


Introduction:


Dropboy offers a feature on the detail page for viewing comprehensive order information in one place. This includes sender and receiver names, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses, and a comments section for additional notes. Pickup and delivery details are also displayed with task statuses, times, and comments. Users can also access Track & Trace directly from this section.

  • Focused on the Order details section, there are two sub-sections under Order details: 'Sender & Pickup' and 'Receiver & Delivery'



1) Let's understand the 'Sender & Pickup' section.



  1. Sender Company Name: Shows the sender company name specified by the order creator when placing the order.


  1. Sender Company Address: Address of the sender company as specified by the order creator.


  1. Sender Company Contact Person: Shows the name of the primary contact person at the sender company.


  1. Sender Company Contact Number: Provides the contact number of the sender company’s primary contact person.


  1. Sender Company Email Address: Email address of the contact person at the sender company.


  1. Comments from Sender Company: Includes any comments or special instructions from the sender company for the driver.


  1. Pickup Task Name: Shows the name of assigned to the pickup task in the order process for driver.


  1. Pickup Address: Specifies the address from which the order is to be picked up.


  1. Pickup Contact Person: Show the name of the person responsible for handing over the order at the pickup location.


  1. Pickup Contact Number: Provides the contact number for the pickup contact person.


  1. Pickup Email Address: Shows the email address of the pickup contact person.


  1. SMS Service Option: Indicates if SMS or email notifications are sent to the sender or pickup contact when the driver updates the task status or begins driving.


  1. Pickup Person Comments & Red Icon: Notes for the driver from the pickup contact with mandatory instructions, the red icon indicates required reading and adherence.

  1. Pickup Task Time Window: Specifies the time frame for pickup, with a blue icon signaling strict adherence.


  1. Pickup Task Current Status: Displays the current task status, such as Not Planned.


  1. Track & Trace: Link to view the complete tracking details of the order.

2) Let's understand the 'Receiver & Delivery' section.



  1. Receiver Company Name: Shows the receiver company name specified by the order creator when placing the order.


  1. Receiver Company Address: Address of the receiver company as specified by the order creator.


  1. Receiver Company Contact Person: Shows the name of the primary contact person at the receiver company.


  1. Receiver Company Contact Number: Provides the contact number of the receiver company’s primary contact person.


  1. Receiver Company Email Address: Email address of the contact person at the receiver company.


  1. Comments from Receiver Company: Includes any comments or special instructions from the receiver company for the driver.


  1. Delivery Task Name: Shows the name assigned to the delivery task in the order process for the driver.


  1. Delivery Address: Specifies the address to which the order is to be delivered.


  1. Delivery Contact Person: Shows the name of the person responsible for receiving the order at the delivery location.


  1. Delivery Contact Number: Provides the contact number for the delivery contact person.


  1. Delivery Email Address: Shows the email address of the delivery contact person.


  1. SMS & Email Option Selected: Indicates if SMS or email notifications are sent to the receiver or delivery contact when the driver updates the task status, begins driving, encounters a delivery failure, or successfully delivers the order.


  1. Delivery Person Comments & Yellow Icon: Notes for the driver from the delivery contact with instructions, the yellow icon indicates optional reading and adherence.


  1. Delivery Task Time Window: Specifies the time frame for delivery, with a blue icon signaling strict adherence.


  1. Delivery Task Current Status: Displays the current task status, such as To Do, Complete, or Not Planned.


  1. Whole Order Status: Displays the overall status of complete order, such as To Do, Completed, Failed, or Archived.
