Introduction:
This guide helps you understand the various bekey status related to orders, which are important for filtering. It’s especially useful when you want to view specific orders based on their bekey status.
What is 'BEKEY Status'?
The BEKEY Status indicates whether a BEKEY SmartLock-enabled door lock is supported for a specific address. Integrated with Dropboy, BEKEY allows controlled access to delivery locations. Users can search orders based on different BEKEY statuses.
Different BEKEY Status:
- All: The default setting where BEKEY status is not considered in the search criteria. This field helps filter orders by all statuses.
- Available: Shows orders where BEKEY is implemented and usable for the address. This field helps filter orders by Available status.
- Applicable: Shows orders where BEKEY is not implemented but the address has compatible technology. This field helps filter orders by Applicable status.
- Impossible: Shows orders where BEKEY is not implemented and the address lacks compatible technology. This field helps filter orders by Impossible status.
- Pending: Shows orders where BEKEY implementation is in progress, and the address has signed up for it. This field helps filter orders by Pending status.
- Address not match: Shows orders where the address could not be matched, possibly due to a spelling error. This field helps filter orders by Address Not Match status.
- No response from BEKEY: Shows orders where BEKEY did not respond when Dropboy requested BEKEY availability for the address. This field helps filter orders by No Response from BEKEY status.
- Error from BEKEY: Shows orders where an error occurred in the API communication between Dropboy and BEKEY. This field helps filter orders by Error from BEKEY status.
