What is 'Instruction Status'?
'Instruction Status' refers to notes or comments added by you or the order creator while creating an order in the comments section. Different statuses are available, allowing you to filter based on instruction status.
- Origin has instructions: Shows those orders where the pickup section has an instruction or comment added. This field helps filter orders by all 'Origin has instructions'.
- Origin has required instructions: Shows those orders where the pickup section includes a mandatory “Must Read” instruction. This field helps filter orders by all 'Origin has required instructions'.
- Origin instructions not read: Shows those orders where the pickup section instructions have NOT been read by the driver. This field helps filter orders by all 'Origin instructions not read'.
Instruction Destination Options:
- Destination has instructions: Shows those orders where the delivery section has an instruction or comment added. This field helps filter orders by all 'Destination has instructions'.
- Destination has required instructions: Shows those orders where the delivery section includes a mandatory “Must Read” instruction. This field helps filter orders by all 'Destination has required instructions'.
