How to change 'Trip starting time' for a specific day for any vehicle in the Dispatching tab

Dropboy provides a feature in the Dispatching tab where you can change the 'Trip Starting time' for any vehicle's trip list for a specific day. Learn how in this article.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the any vehicle.



  1. The 'Tasks List' is opened. (Keep an eye on the 'arrival time' for the first 'A to B' order if you have no 'Via hub' orders in your list)



  • If you have any 'Hub' orders in the vehicle list, then there is a 'Load vehicle' task shown, and on that, you can see both the 'Trip Starting time' and 'Arrival Time'.



  1. Click on 'Add starting time' icon.



  1. 'Add starting time' window opens.


This is your current 'Trip Starting time.' Compare it with the information from the 4th step, and observe the arrival time and departure time.



  1. Click on 'Vehicle leaves ramp at time' and change the time. For example, you are selecting 7:30.



  1. Click on 'Save' button.



  1. Notice that the 'Trip Starting time' has changed, resulting in the update of all arrival times for every order in the list based on the new 'Trip Starting time'.
