Dropboy provides a 'Trip optimizer+ beta' feature that efficiently organizes 'A to B' or 'Via Hub' orders, considering factors like proper distance, streets, roads, and bridges. It factors in 'Trip starting time,' 'Starting point location,' 'End point location,' 'Observe time slots,' and 'Minimize waiting time.'
In this article, we learn how to sort orders based on proper distance considering only 'Trip starting time,' 'start' and 'end' locations factors. Let's understand how to optimize and comprehend these factors.
Remember: There is a limit; you can sort/optimize with 'Trip optimizer+ beta' up to 150 orders for the 'Tasks List'.

Open the web-portal and log in.
Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.
Click on the any vehicle.
The 'Tasks List' opens, and on the map, all order stops become visible with lines. These stops appear according to your orders sequence.

If there is no line on the map between stops, for enabling it, follow this article: How to enable or disable trips path or lines on the map

Click on the 'Trip optimizer+ beta' icon. (Before clicking, take a quick look at the map and the sequence of orders in the 'Tasks List')
The 'Trip optimizer+ beta' factors list will be opened.

'Trip Starting time' is shown.

Click on the dropdown for 'Starting point for trip' and 'Ending point for trip' (If you wish to change the location, note that this will only update the trip list for the selected day).

Click on the 'Select overflow tray' dropdown if you want to change.

Dropboy optimizes the complete vehicle trip list 'Trip optimizer+ beta' based on the 'Trip Starting time,' start, and end locations.
