How to filter orders by 'Sender or Receiver' name within the orders tab

This guide offers a quick overview of how to filter orders by 'Sender or Receiver' name within the orders tab.

Introduction:

Dropboy allows filter orders by 'Sender or Receiver' name. This feature is useful when locating specific orders based 'sender or receiver' name.

What is 'Sender or Receiver' name?Sender or Receiver Name refers to the name of the individual or entity either sending or receiving the order. This allows you to filter and identify orders based on the sender or receiver's name.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Orders tab.

If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application

Observe the 'Sender or Receiver' fields.

Enter the sender's name in the sender field (if you want to search for orders based on the sender's name).

Enter the receiver's name in the receiver field (if you want to search for orders based on the receiver's name).

Click on any one of Search button. (Two search button located on prder tab page)

Matching order will be displayed.

Remember: you can search order based both sender and recievr togehter and also filter can apply together
