How to filter orders by the 'Unknown address' option in the orders tab

What do you mean by 'Unknown address'?


Unknown address' refers to addresses not recognized by Google Maps. When entering an address while creating an order, it may be marked as unrecognized if it’s not in Google’s database. You can also search for orders created with unknown addresses, though they may sometimes be excluded by Google.

Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.

  1. Observe the filter area under the Orders tab .



  1. Click More filters .



  1. Click Unknown address dropdown.



  1. 'Unknown address' options list will be open.


Options:All: Displays orders with both known and unknown addresses.Yes: Displays only orders with unknown addresses.No: Displays only orders with known addresses.



  1. For example: select and click 'Yes' .



  1. Click one of the two Search buttons on the order tab.



  1. 'Unknown address' service related orders will appear .
