What do you mean by 'Unknown address'?

Open the web-portal and log in.

Navigate to the Orders tab.

Observe the filter area under the Orders tab .
Click More filters .
Click Unknown address dropdown.
'Unknown address' options list will be open.
Options:
All: Displays orders with both known and unknown addresses.
Yes: Displays only orders with unknown addresses.
No: Displays only orders with known addresses.
For example: select and click 'Yes' .
Click one of the two Search buttons on the order tab.
'Unknown address' service related orders will appear .
