How to filter orders using 'Instruction status' in the orders tab

This guide offers a quick overview of how to filter orders by the 'Instruction status' option in the orders tab

Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.


If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.


If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application



  1. Observe the filter area under the Orders tab.



  1. Click More filters.



  1. Click Instruction status dropdown.



  1. 'Instruction status' options list will be open.



  1. For example: select and click 'Origin Instruction not read'. and click Add button.



  1. Click one of the two Search buttons on the order tab.



  1. 'Origin Instruction not read' service related orders will appear.
