How to filter orders using 'Status' in the orders tab
This guide offers a quick overview of how to filter orders using 'Status' in the orders tab.
Steps:
- Open the web-portal and log in.
- Navigate to the Orders tab.

- Observe the filter area under the Orders tab.

- Click More filters.

- Click Status dropdown.

- 'Status' list will be open.

- For example: select and click 'Failed orders'.

- Click one of the two Search buttons on the order tab.

- The failed orders will appear.
