How to forward or unforward orders to a partner company
This guide offers a quick overview of how to forward orders to a partner company.
Introduction:
Dropboy provides a feature that allows you to either "unforward" or "forward" orders to your partner company. Unforward means if an order was received from your partner company, you can send it back to them. Forward means you can send an order, created by you, to your partner company.

Open the web-portal and log in.
If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application
Navigate to the Orders tab.
If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application
Select the orders you want to forwords to your partner company or choose the entire page order at once.

Click 'Three Dot Menu Icon'.
The menu options list will be Shown.
Click on the 'forward' option.
Assign To will be shown,
Unforward: Selecting this option and save.
It will retract or cancel the forwarding of previously sent orders, returning them to their fowarded company.
Forward: Selecting the "Forward" option and confirm, it will display a dropdown menu where you can choose your network from the available options.
The selected orders will be forwarded to your partner company.
