How to send any 'Unassigned Orders' lists to routing rules

This guide offers a quick overview of how to send any 'Unassigned Orders' lists to routing rules.


Introduction:


Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to send orders from the any 'Unassigned Orders' list to routing rules using a drag-and-drop feature.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the filters dropdown.



  1. Click on any Unassigned Orders list. e,g 'Unresloved'.



  1. The 'Unresloved' orders list will be opened.



  1. Select the **checkboxes **for the orders you want to move.


You can select one order or multiple orders for sending.



  1. Click on the three dots icon.



  1. Click on Send to routing rules option.

The selected order tasks will be send to routing rules.
