Creator: is the company that makes the orders. To filter by a specific creator (like a network partner or client using Dropboy), select this option under the Actors section. If you created the orders, enter your company name, which can be yours or a partner's. This field helps filter orders by the Creator option.
Forwarder: is the company responsible for delivering orders. To filter by a specific forwarder (like a logistics provider), select this option under the Actors section and enter the forwarder’s company name, which can be yours or your partner's.
