Dropboy offers 'Advanced Search' filtering, allowing you to refine your orders based on 'Actors,' 'Order References,' and 'Pickup and Delivery' options. Each section includes additional sub-options for more precise filtering. This article will help you understand these options, enabling you to apply them effectively to filter your orders.

1. Actors

Creator: is the company that makes the orders. To filter by a specific creator (like a network partner or client using Dropboy), select this option under the Actors section. If you created the orders, enter your company name, which can be yours or a partner's. This field helps filter orders by the Creator option.Forwarder: is the company responsible for delivering orders. To filter by a specific forwarder (like a logistics provider), select this option under the Actors section and enter the forwarder’s company name, which can be yours or your partner's. This field helps filter orders by the Forwarder option.Hauler: is the company responsible for transporting the orders. To filter by a specific hauler, select this option under the Actors section and enter the hauler's company name. This can refer to your company or a partner's. This field helps filter orders by the Hauler option.

2. Order references

Order number: is the name of an order, and many orders could have the same name. This field helps filter orders by the 'Order number' option.Requisition Number: is a unique identifier for a request for goods or services, often representing a group of orders (e.g., 10 orders associated with requisition #). This field helps filter orders by the requisition number option.

3. Pickup

Company Name (pickup): Pickup Company Name refers to the name of the company at the pickup location. This allows for filtering orders by the company's name on the pickup side.Address (pickup): Refers to the specific location or address from where the order is picked up. It enables filtering orders based on the pickup location.Zipcode (pickup): The postal code of the location where the order is picked up. This field helps filter orders by the pickup area's postal code.City (pickup): Indicates the city from which the order is picked up. You can filter orders by the pickup city.Phone (pickup): Refers to the contact number at the pickup location. This allows filtering orders based on the phone number associated with the pickup side.

4. Delivery

Company Name (delivery): Delivery Company Name refers to the name of the company at the delivery location. This allows for filtering orders by the company's name on the delivery side.Address (delivery): Refers to the specific location or address where the order is delivered. It enables filtering orders based on the delivery location.Zipcode (delivery): The postal code of the location where the order is delivered. This field helps filter orders by the delivery area's postal code.City (delivery): Indicates the city where the order is delivered. You can filter orders by the delivery city.Phone (delivery): Refers to the contact number at the delivery location.
