Basic users have access to limited features such as viewing and searching orders, creating orders, task management, uploading orders, and creating central locations for order handling.

Basic credentials can be used for both the 'Dropboy mobile applications' and the 'Dropboy web application'.

Read the following information to understand the basic user role:

1. Basic user role on Dropboy web application

With the Basic user role checkbox selected, there are no additional default roles.

Basic users have limited access to the dashboard, order management, task management, certain operations (e.g., order uploads), and specific settings (e.g., locations) tabs.

2. Basic user role on Dropboy mobile applications

In the Dropboy mobile app, basic users can access the Dashboard and More tabs for dashboard-related features and profile updates. similar to admin users.
