This guide provides you an understanding of the status of orders, where it's crucial for filtering orders. It is very useful when you want to see only particular order status-wise you can filter out the list of orders. First, understand what status means.
What is Status?
Status means the state of the order, indicating which phase the order is in. For example, whether the order is only created, not yet assigned, picked up, delivered, partially picked up, or failed. The status tells you where the order is in the process.
1. All: Shows all orders, regardless of their current state. This field helps filter orders by all kinds of status.
2. Todo: This means the order is new and has not been planned yet. It needs to be assigned for pickup. This field helps filter orders by the 'Todo' status.
3. Planned pickup: The pickup task has been planned, and the order is assigned to a driver. This field helps filter orders by the 'Planned Pickup' status.
4. Planned delivery: The delivery task has been planned. This field helps filter orders by the 'Planned Delivery' status.
5. Pickup: The order's pickup task has been completed. This field helps filter orders by the 'Pickup' status.
6. In transit (partial pickup): Some items in the order have been picked up, but not all. This field helps filter orders by the 'Partial Pickup' status.
7. Failed orders: The order has failed for some reason and is not completed. This field helps filter orders by the 'Failed' status.
8. Unresolved tasks: The order wasn’t completed within the expected time, and it's marked unresolved. This field helps filter orders by the 'Unresolved Tasks' status.
9. Delivered: The pickup task has been delivered. This field helps filter orders by the 'Delivered' status.
10. Delivered (partial): Some items in the order have been delivered, but not all. This field helps filter orders by the 'Partial Delivery' status.
11. Archived: These are orders that the admin moved to the archive, which is equivalent to deletion. They cannot be reactivated but can be viewed. This field helps filter orders by the 'Archived' status.
12. Canceled: Orders that have been canceled for any reason but can be reactivated. This field helps filter orders by the 'Canceled' status.
