Why should I set the sequence of 'Tasks List'

Imagine your driver's/vehicle starting location is 'A,' and ending location is 'Z,' but in the list, all order sequences are not correct. Means the first order, e.g., is at location 'Y,' and the second order is at location 'B.' Think about it; if the driver follows unsequenced orders, how much time and resources are wasted.
As a dispatcher, you might think, "Okay, I will set the sequence of orders manually. The first order will be near the driver's location, and so on, with the last order near the end location."
