How to check the contract status after creation

Introduction:


Dropboy offers the functionality to check the status of a contract. The steps to check the contract status are the same for both order monitoring and logistic companies. No matter what type of company you are, follow the steps below to check the contract status.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Network sub-tab.



  1. The option My private network is selected by default



  1. Click anywhere within the network area.



  1. On the right side, under the contract section, each contract has a status icon.


Three status icons could be displayed with contract details: "Awaiting Approval," "Accepted," or "Declined."


  • Awaiting Approval Icon: Indicates that your network partner has not yet accepted or declined the contract offer.

  • **Accepted Icon: **Indicates that your network partner has accepted the contract offer.

  • Decline Icon: Indicates that your network partner has declined the contract offer.
