How to filter orders by 'Order number' or 'Requisition' within the orders tab
This guide offers a quick overview of how to filter orders by 'Order number' or 'Requisition' within the orders tab.
Introduction:
Dropboy allows filter orders by 'Order number' or 'Requisition'. This feature is useful when locating specific orders based on these identifiers.
What is 'Order number'?
'Order number' is the name of an order, and many orders could have the same name. It can be a combination of alphabetic, numeric, and other characters.
What is 'Requisition'?
"Requisition" refers to the unique identifier assigned to a request for goods or services. It helps track and manage specific orders throughout the process.
Open the web-portal and log in.
If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application
Navigate to the Orders tab.
If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application
Observe the filter area under the Orders tab.
Locate the 'By order number or requisition' field in the filter area.
Enter the 'Requisition'. For example, 'Demo Requisition Number - 01'
Note: 'Demo Requisition Number - 01' is a sample requisition value from some of my orders. Your order's requisition may differ.
Click on any one of Search button. (Two search button located on prder tab page)
The matching order will be displayed (in this example, only two order appears).
To verify the 'Requisition' value under 'Cargo items' section, refer to this article: How to open and view the 'Order Details' of a specific order
Enter the 'Order number'. For example, 'Demo-HUB-3'.
Note: 'Demo-HUB-3' is an example anme of one my order. Your order number may differ.
Click on any one of Search button. (Two search button located on prder tab page)
The matching order will be displayed (in this example, only one order appears).
