Dropboy provides a feature to assign orders to vehicles, trays, or routing rules or unassign from a single popup. Let's learn how to assign orders.
Open the web-portal and log in.

Navigate to the Orders tab.

Use filters to narrow down orders or view the full order list.

Select the orders you want to assign or choose the entire page at once.
Learn how to select all orders with one click and its benefits: How to select all orders at once and perform actions together
Click 'Three Dot Menu Icon'.
The menu options list will be Shown.
Click on the 'Assign' option.
'Assign to' popup will be displayed.
Select one option based on your preference:
Click on Unassign: The orders will be unassigned.
Click on Tray: The tray dropdown will appear. Choose the tray to assign it.
To add more trays to the dropdown, follow this article: How to create a tray
Click on Vehicle: The vehicle dropdown will appear. Select the vehicle and date to assign the vehicle for the selected date.

Click Send to Routing: The orders will be sent to the routing rule.
