How to search trays by 'Name' filter
This guide offers a quick overview of how to search for trays by 'Name' filter.
Open the web portal and log in.
If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application
Navigate to the "Operation" tab, then select the "Tray" sub-tab.

Find the "Filter on tray name" field under tray tab.

Click on Filter on tray name field (Enter tray name)
You can search trays by their complete name or even a single/some character. Matching trays, including those where the character appears anywhere in the name, will be displayed.

Both trays are displayed because the letter 'e' exists in the names of both trays.

Clicking on the "Clear Filter" button will remove all applied filters.
