Understanding the admin role
This guide offers a quick overview of about understanding the admin role.
Admin user have full access to various functionalities in the Dropboy web application, including viewing orders, searching, creating, and editing orders, task management, all operation tasks such as managing terminals, creating and managing trays, managing routing rules, and uploading orders.
They also have access to all settings functionalities, such as creating users with different roles, managing vehicles, managing rulesets, creating locations as central points, managing networks, accessing company profiles, and even the developer tab.
Admin credentials can be used for both the 'Dropboy mobile applications' and the 'Dropboy web application' .
With the Admin role checkbox selected, users have full access to the Dropboy web application, including default roles like Basic user and Dispatcher. The driver role is excluded as it is designed for the mobile application only.
Admins have access to the dashboard, order/task management, dispatching, operations (e.g., trays, terminals, routing rules, order uploads), and settings (users, vehicles, locations, networks, company).
For Dropboy mobile application, the Admin role does not include any dispatcher or driver roles.
In the Dropboy mobile app, admin users have access to the Dashboard and More tabs for dashboard-related features and profile updates, similar to basic user.
