Understanding the dispatcher roles

Dispatcher user have access to various features such as viewing and searching orders, creating orders, assigning and unassigning orders to vehicles, optimizing tasks, managing terminals, creating and managing trays, defining routing rules, creating vehicles, and central location creation for order handling.
Dispatcher user credentials can be used for both the 'Dropboy mobile applications' and the 'Dropboy web application' .
With the Dispatcher role checkbox selected, the user will have the default roles of a Basic user
Dispatchers, in addition to basic user functions, have additional accessibility for dispatching (assigning and unassigning orders to vehicles), operations (including terminals, trays, and routing rules), and vehicle settings.
In the Dropboy mobile application, dispatchers have access to two additional tabs: 'Create Orders' and 'Unassigned' with 'Dashboard'. This allows them to create orders and assign them to vehicles.
